I AM ANGELA.

As a trauma-informed intuitive spiritual guide, ancestral wisdom keeper, and Curandera in initiation, I am in deep devotion to spreading a message of liberation through the work that I do.
3 YEARS AGO I OPENED UP THE DOOR THAT LED ME TO MY CONNECTION TO MY ANCESTORS.

My lineages are Indigenous and white European (due to colonization), a difficult duality that, with the support of the infinite love of my ancestors, I've come to accept as part of me.

As a woman with Indigenous ancestry, I feel strongly connected to the Earth, herbs, animals, dance as movement, cyclical living, living by the stars & moon, & creation as spirituality. All things I teach & infuse into my life’s work.

Q: What kind of workshop is this?
​
A: This is an immersive workshop with ceremonial aspects. There will be moments where you will be learning and there will be moments where you will be doing & experiencing. We will also have various points of "recogiendo palabra" where I will invite folks to optionally share about what's present for them if they feel called to.
Q: Is this just for BIPOC?
​
A: No, this workshop is open to all. However, if you *don't* identify as BIPOC, it is vital that you are conscious that we will be centering marginalized identities during the workshop and therefore require a deep level of respect, solidarity and de-centering to make this space a brave space for BIPOC to show up in their fullness.

Q: Why is it a "foundational" workshop?
​
A: Ancestral work is a way of life. Walking this life hand-in-hand with your ancestors and being guided by them requires a level of commitment to nourishing & sustaining that relationship with them. That being said, I cannot possibly teach you all that I know about ancestral connection & relationship as a way of life in 1 workshop. That is why this workshop will teach you the foundational aspects for you to *begin* to cultivate that ancestral relationship and give you the tools to dive deeper on your own.
